Anthony R. Ianniello

President
Founder and President of Northway Title Agency, Inc., Mr. Ianniello started the agency in 1985 and has been a premier leader in title industry services for the greater Capital Region ever since. He has consistently grown the business by staying ahead of the curve on changes to technology and regulations. Under his leadership, Northway Title Agency became the first in New York State to achieve the prestigious ALTA Best Practices Certification.

Mr. Ianniello received his B.A from Union College, his M.S./M.B.A. from Northeastern University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School. He is a member of the Saratoga County, New York State and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Ianniello is passionate about cars and is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saratoga Auto Museum. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and an active supporter of many charitable organizations throughout the Capital Region, promoting positive community and economic growth in our neighborhood.

Diane Easton

Vice President
Diane Easton is the Vice President of Northway Title Agency, Inc. Diane has worked in the title insurance and real estate law industries since 1987 and has been on every side of the closing table, working closely with Realtors and mortgage professionals as well as buyers and sellers. Her wide range of experience in both residential and commercial transactions helps keep her team focused on the customer and facilitating a smooth closing process.

Ross A. Petitjean

Following a number of years in the private practice of law, Ross A. Petitjean has been engaged in title examination and title insurance for over 29 years. Mr. Petitjean received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University in 1969. Following military service with the United States Army, he received a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University in 1975.

Mr. Petitjean has been a lead title examiner for numerous large commercial projects including the construction financing of residential subdivisions and apartment complexes. He has also been involved with the creation and submission of Offering Plans for Homeowners' Associations and Condominium projects.
